I-SEMANTICS 2013 proceedings will be published in the digital library of the ACM ICP Series. (Please note: The proceedings will contain all accepted papers from the Research & Application track and the I-CHALLENGE. (Posters and Demo papers are planned to be published at CEUR-WS. For details see below.)

Submissions must be original and must not have been submitted for publication elsewhere. Articles should follow the ACM ICPS guidelines for formatting (http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/proceedings-templates) and must be submitted via the online submission system available at the conference website as PDF documents (other formats will not be accepted).

Research papers report on novel research and/or applications relevant to the topics of the conference. The number of pages of research papers is limited to 8 pages for full papers and 4 pages for short papers including references and an optional appendix.
